Your role will involve working closely with senior management to project manage a new extension comprising of 5 luxury bedrooms, large cafe with additional kitchen and further toilet facilities. You will be liaising with architects, surveyors and contractors. You will be sourcing new equipment, ensuring all timescales are being met and providing progress reports to senior management at regular intervals. Your role will include helping develop a marketing strategy for the whole hotel and engaging with the local community and Visitscotland to promote the new development. During this project you will also ensure a safe environment for all staff and visitors. The position will also involve providing a managerial administrative role for senior management.
To qualify for this position you must be educated to HND or degree level and have graduated in the last four years. A qualification in a business related discipline is desirable. A driving license would be beneficial. Experience in compiling reports, giving presentations and good IT knowledge is required.
