All rates are per room per night and include VAT. These rates only apply for bookings made direct with the hotel. These rates are non-commissionable.

ADDITIONAL BEDS
Additional beds are available in some rooms. Additional adults in these rooms are charged at £42 per person. This rate includes full breakfast & VAT.

CHILDREN - When sharing with two adults
Under 2: Free
2-15: £20.00 B&B. This rate includes full breakfast & VAT

DOGS
We welcome dogs in a limited number of standard bedrooms (dogs not allowed in public areas), this is only by prior arrangement with the hotel at the time of booking. Dog charge: £7.00 per booking, please note any damage or extra cleaning incurred to hotel property will be charged in full.

SUPPLEMENTS
Single occupancy of room deduct £10.00 per night

CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit or Debit card details are required to confirm all bookings. If you require to cancel your booking this must be done 48 hours prior to arrival, failure to give 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in the first nights' full accommodation being charged to your card.

GROUP BOOKINGS
Bookings for 6 rooms or over may be eligible for a group booking discount - please contact reservations for more details.
